These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Formee Jewellery website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
All jewellery pieces are crafted to order and may vary slightly from images shown. We strive for accuracy in all descriptions and images. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted subject to availability. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.
4. Bespoke Orders
For bespoke pieces, a deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Bespoke orders are non-refundable once work has begun unless there is a fault in the craftsmanship.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. All orders are fully insured during transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Standard items may be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original packaging. Bespoke and customised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please contact us to initiate a return.

8. Governing Law
