0Formee Jewellery is delighted that you chose a special jewel from us. We are sure it will bring you joy for many years to come however on the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied you are welcome to return the piece to Formee Jewellery for a full exchange. The Formee Jewellery returns policy excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and Formee Jewellery Gift Cards. Please ensure when returning the jewel that you return it in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and all certificates, guarantees and valuations. Your returned piece will be checked by our gemologists and jewellers upon return to ensure the piece is in original undamaged condition and verify its authenticity. If you would like to return a piece, please contact us as soon as possible and ensure to return the unworn item to us within 30 days.
If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. Under Australian Consumer Law, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you believe your items are faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement but Formee Jewellery must be notified within 30 days of goods received, however please note, Formee Jewellery retains 20% of the transaction as a restocking fee, therefore 80% of the total purchase value will be refunded. Please note, Formee Jewellery does not cover the costs of return postage.

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Formee Jewellery Jewellers but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
There are certain types of rings that we are unable to resize. Depending on the metal and style of the ring, for example whether it has a design or stones set around the band, it may not be possible for us to adjust it. With this in mind, please ensure your ring is unworn if you require a different size, as we may need to exchange it.
We believe that all our jewels are of the highest quality and will guarantee them against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured by Formee Jewellery but does not cover general wear and tear, resizing or polishing and plating.
