Formee Jewellery only sends pieces via Australia Post (tracked post) or DHL (tracked post) which allows the shipments to be insured. We insure every Formee Jewellery shipment to give our customers the peace of mind that it will not be lost in transit. 

On the rare occasion you are not one hundred percent satisfied with your Formee Jewellery piece you are welcome to return it to Formee Jewellery for a refund or exchange within 30 days, however please note, Formee Jewellery retains 20% of the transaction as a restocking fee, therefore 80% of the total purchase value will be refunded. Please note, Formee Jewellery does not cover the costs of return postage. 


The Formee Jewellery returns policy excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and Formee Jewellery Gift Cards. Please ensure when returning your piece, that you return it in the original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), all certificates, guarantees and valuations. Your returned piece will be checked by our gemologists and jewellers on return to ensure the piece is in original undamaged condition and will be verified for its authenticity. If you would like to return a piece, please contact us as soon as possible and ensure to return the unworn item to us within 30 days.


Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Formee Jewellery but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to visit a jeweller. However, we know this is not always possible and below are some instructions on how to do this at home. All you need is a string, thread or ribbon and a ruler.

First, wrap the string around your finger close to your knuckle. Mark the spot where the string overlaps. Hold the string beside a ruler and measure the marked length in millimetres. This is the circumference of your ring. Compare the length to the Size Guide to find your ring size.

If your Formee Jewellery ring needs resizing, we are happy to help. We are also happy to assist resizing with other rings too. Please note, there are certain types of rings we are unable to resize. Depending on the metal and style of the ring, it may not be possible for us to adjust it. For example, if it has a design or stones set around the band. With this in mind, please ensure your ring is unworn if you require a different size, as we may need to exchange it.
